TTT Main Programme

This track is for you if you want to practice English and boost your teaching skills.

We're following the Outcomes coursebooks here and have extra webinars on the Lexical Approach (Years 1&2) and Observation and Feedback (Year 3).

The programme is designed for 3 years.
Teachers Teach Teachers is a three-year online peer-learning programme for English teachers.

Participants learn English with a coursebook in groups of up to 12. Every month a participant of the group becomes the ‘teacher’ for the very same group.

On top of the lessons we provide a professional development programme, that lasts 3 years and includes input sessions, speaking clubs, special interest groups (methodology, bookclub, linguistics, films, games, creative writing), and workshops for teachers of the month.

Webinars and meet ups

Our events are always on Mondays at 1:30 p.m. (GMT+3).

Every first Monday you can join our speaking club for all TTT participants, every second Monday - either a recorded input session or a live workshop; every third Saturday - TTT Cafe, an online speaking club for teachers of English from all over the world; every fourth Wednesday - a speaking club conducted either by TTT participants or Windsor School.

Teachers Teach Teachers - Year 2

We launched the project in June 2019, uniting more than 100 teachers in their wish to develop the language of teaching and practice teaching skills through applying Lexical Approach to students who are colleagues.

The second academic year follows the programme of Outcomes Upper-Intermediate and Outcomes Advanced and we have prepared fantastic webinars and workshops for you! You are going to dive deeper into the Lexical Approach.

Teachers Teach Teachers is a community for us, teachers. We offer TTT as a safe space for growth and professional development.
