Self-care for busy teachers

Teachers develop soft skills in their students, but have a tendency to forget about themselves. The lack of care and attention can bring you down as a professional and a person. Either means that your students will suffer and will not gain the quality studying they deserve.
In this webinar, we’ll look at simple ways to analyse and track your state. We’ll talk about the connectedness of emotional intelligence to soft skills for teachers. As a result, the participants will gain the understanding of the self-care mechanism in and beyond the classroom, learn and practice some simple techniques and see what can -quantity doesn’t mean quality, -sharing is caring and -work/life balance mean in terms of self-care.
