Essentials of lesson planning
At the webinar we will discuss why we need to plan at all and have a look at the fundamentals of a good lesson plan. You will learn how to set out clear and realistic lesson aims and what to do if something doesn't go according to your plan. How to fit everything in? How to make sure that your lessons are varied? How not to spend ages planning your lesson? Then we will talk about common procedures and stages of a lesson. And finally, we will discuss the importance of having personal aims for the lesson and the importance of self-reflection.

5 Reasons Why Feedback Is Important
The webinar will be about what feedback is, the reasons why it is important and how to give it effectively (I'm going to avoid using 'the sandwich' model which is not contemporary anymore). I'll also show some online recourses (I have 4) which might be used to get feedback from students/clients/collegues.
